Beryl Boulevard Pearl Beach
This project included construction of a 3-level tiered architectural holiday home on a sloping block. This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom and 2 car garage home features custom built fireplace, skylights and cabinetry. The house boasts high end finishes throughout. The project included start to finish design and construction of the home including driveways and landscaping. This project was completed in 2018.
Rothwell St Woy Woy
Complete interior and exterior cosmetic renovation of an existing 2-bedroom dwelling. The renovation included new electrical, plumbing, re-clad, new roof and new windows. In addition, this project included construction of a brand new 60m2 granny flat featuring high ceilings, wrap around deck and high quality finishes and fixtures completed in 2017. The layout of the granny flat behind the renovated home maximised the backyard space and privacy of each dwelling giving the illusion of a subdivided property.
Kariong kitchen renovation
Renovation and removal of existing kitchen and redesign of layout. Installation of new engineered oak flooring, 2 new aluminium doors and painted throughout. This project was completed in 2019.
